Okay, so I have some parts that i want to sell. I also have a case but if you want you can provide that wit some cool looking fans to make it look like the pic. However, you do have to provide the necessary parts to complete the build. So basically I'm gonna charge you a builders fee and parts fee. Imma give something reasonable with your budget. But budget has to be at least 500 to make it work. I'll help you look for the parts because I know the best bang for your buck when it comes to these stuff
