Used pair of Men’s size 9 ‘Nike 1972 QS Dresscode Deep Red’ in excellent condition, with original box. These shoes still look brand new at first glance, I cleaned the outsoles and polished the leather. These are a limited “quickstrike” release from Nike in 2013 to honor Nike’s first shoe (after changing their name from Blue Ribbon Sports). This model in three colorways were based off of the 1972 “Moonshoe”. This “Dresscode” pair has a very high quality brown/red leather upper, waxed rope laces, white foam midsole with red stitching and white Goodyear waffle outsole. The stitch work is also very well done. Last brand new pair sold for $2,500 online. The number “881” is written in pencil on the bottom of both shoes, which I’m guessing that means this is pair 881/1000, but I couldn’t find out for sure online. This pair of shoes is an extremely unique and rare example of Nike’s history and not many remain in new/mint condition.
